Acceptance of your order:
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order, depending on available stock. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted, paid for and despatched. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
Warrenty: iiRobotics will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, conditions or other terms, warranties or representations in respect of any other persons services, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.
Delivery:
Our aim is to get your order delivered within 5-10 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within 15 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery). We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £5 or the price of the products (whichever is less) in respect of our postal and administrative costs. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and iiRobotics is not responsible for them.
Cancelling your online order:
If you would like to cancel your online order for any reason, please be aware that we charge a 5% administration fee which will cover us for the cost of any credit card transactions.
* Our Returns Policy:
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
You may return most items or any part of an order placed with and sold by iirobotics.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days.
*Faulty Items:
If an item you purchased from iiRobotics.com is *faulty, return the item in new condition with original packaging and accessories to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, if:
· Any item is returned more than 30 days after purchase
· Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
* iiRobotics will endeavor to repair any faulty Goods. If the repair/s are unsuccess iiRobotics will issue a full refund.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product manual that came with the item. We will ask you to indicate the number of items youre returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. Please note that we are unable to exchange items.
