Acceptance of your order:
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order, depending on available stock. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted, paid for and despatched. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
Prices:
Our prices are set out on our iiRobotics.com website in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered.
Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges apply and are displayed during the order process.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can - and do - sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.
Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.
Delivery:
Our aim is to get your order delivered within 10 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within 15 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery). We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £5 or the price of the products (whichever is less) in respect of our postal and administrative costs. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Our Returns Policy:
You may return most items or any part of an order placed with and sold by iirobotics.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or the item is defective.
Faulty Items:
If an item you purchased from iiRobotics.com is faulty, return the item in new condition with original packaging and accessories to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, if:
· Any item is returned more than 30 days after purchase
· Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product manual that came with the item. We will ask you to indicate the number of items youre returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. Please note that we are unable to exchange items.
Cancelling your online order
If you would like to cancel your online order for any reason, please be aware that we charge a 5% administration fee which will cover us for the cost of any credit card transactions.
Are you missing an item?
Check the receipt that was included with your shipment. In order to fulfil your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

We recommend that you get a posting receipt when you mail your return. We are not responsible for lost returns.
